ABOUT THE FOUNDER
The Entrepreneur Unleashed
I am an organic native to the Silicon Valley and greater Bay Area, with established roots in organizational development. Growing up in the epic center of a technology boom, surrounded by startups and innovated ideas has given me a playground with a variety of sandboxes to play in. My experience and decision making is built around the data of personally watching companies fail and succeed. Understanding what decisions led to those outcomes, what timelines were not met and why, what happens when the budget is not enough for the project at hand or staying in tuned with the latest technology that will close the gap on project deadlines, while at the same time maintaining personal relationships with clients.
These project management insights coupled with a large understanding of company culture, employee behavior and the importance of partner development has made me a key player in any organization small or large, complex problems to building roadmaps for company succession and most importantly having a hand in making those plans and company goals a reality. I am largely an action taker, the roll up your sleeves, get in the trenches kind of partner. I look at challenges as an opportunity to use current experience as a starting point to find new ways to get to a solution and use different tool enhancements to achieve greater outcomes.
My Passion
As a mom of five, grandma of three and entrepreneur in business development I am passionate about the mission of creating value within our youth, especially in this digital society where everything is about instant gratification and online bullying.
Through this concept teens will develop a bigger purpose for themselves that will directly impact our future society. This will close the gap on generational poverty by exposure to mentors and leadership techniques for our youth. As a member of society it is our responsibility to change the narrative for our next generation.
I personally did not come from money or the right connections but with my work ethic I was able to survive the silicon valley as an entrepreneur. There is a problem today that is sweeping the nation when it comes to building relationships, communicating effectively, launching a business on a shoestring budget, and sustaining success long-term.
Country Clubs, alumni and the wealthy have been the majority of the last century when it comes to networking and collaborations at a high level. This idea is the new era that will become the norm in how people meet and create transactions, expand their influence and start conversations that cross and overlap industries with innovation. I want to bring people together and close the gap on disadvantages by evening the playing field with accessible resources and mentorship. There are so many great ideas out there but because of the lack of money, most ideas will never hit the market. Too many people settle for jobs they hate and circumstances that started generations before them. I am not just providing an economy booster and shot of adrenaline, I am giving hope and purpose back into the community.
My long-term vision is to see this club atmosphere pop up in every major city of the world. Connecting our DNA interpersonally and becoming outstanding pillars in society as a whole. I want to target generational poverty in a way that changes family trajectories, values, and education opportunities. This is not just a club, it's a movement!
